Prohibition of Recreational Marijuana Establishments
Bans recreational marijuana businesses in the township
This ordinance prohibits recreational marijuana establishments from operating within Lincoln Township. It bans dispensaries, grow operations, processing facilities, and other commercial marijuana businesses.
